Type of Orders

1. Choosing existing products

We can produce the products from a combination of the shapes, glazes, and colors we have available in our catalog.

2. Presenting your own design

We can produce the products according to customers’ own design whether in shapes, glazes, or colors. However, customers must present us a clear picture of what they want. A drawing, photo, or even sample of desired product is very much appreciated with specified dimensions.

Payment

1. From 500 to 2500 baht of sampling fee is needed for sampling for the second type of orders, the fee is different according to the characteristic of the sample made. This fee will be refund if customer orders a 1000 pieces of products afterward.
2. Discount is available according to the number of pieces of products order; please review the discount chart below.
3. All orders require a 30% deposit from the total cost of the order. Production begins immediately after payment is received.
4. The rest of the 70% payment is due when the product is delivered to the customer.
5. For customers abroad, a letter of credit or other type of payment is appreciated for the 70% of the total cost left.

            *Discount is made from the basic price of each individual product.
